Maxwell Locke & Ritter is pleased to announce that Doris Ayala has been promoted to Partner. Doris joined Maxwell Locke & Ritter in 2012 and provides tax compliance and consulting services to business entities and their owners. Her primary focus is on corporations, flow through entities, and multi-state compliance among various industries including technology, consumer product goods, and real estate. She began her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ Austin office in 2007 where she gained her experience in federal and state income tax compliance and accounting for income taxes under ASC 740.
Doris grew up in Austin where most of her family continues to live. While working at Maxwell Locke & Ritter, Doris and her husband, Louis, had two daughters: Isabelle (6 years old) and Adelyn (3 years old). Outside of work, Doris and her family enjoy hiking around the Austin area, traveling, playing tennis, and outdoor barbeques with friends and family.
