What You’ll Be Doing
As a financial transaction advisory manager, you will lead buy-side and sell-side engagements from start to finish, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to analyze target company financial data and your professional writing skills to document findings. You will use your previous experience in transaction advisory to communicate with clients and target management, analyze financial data, and lead management discussions. Coaching and mentoring junior associates is important in this role, as the growth of all team members is important to the growth of our practice. This Austin-based role presents a unique opportunity for fast professional development, learning and growing in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.
