What You’ll Be Doing
As a transaction advisory senior associate, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to analyze target company financial data and help communicate findings. You will help lead discussions with key executives and decision makers and identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions. Professional writing skills and the ability to clearly document findings are vital to your success in this role. This Austin-based position presents a unique opportunity for fast professional development, learning and growing in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years public accounting experience (preferably Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm), ideally in Quality of Earnings transaction advisory
Experience writing Quality of Earnings reports is preferred
CPA or CFA certification preferred (or eligible to sit for the exam)
Strong Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated team player
Aptitude for project management
Experience with middle market, technology, and/or software targets preferred
