What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?

It means spending quality time with my husband and dogs after work and sharing the workload with my team when I am needed elsewhere. Although we have “busy seasons” in the tax world, my team always encourages me to take the time needed to be with loved ones. Working for a firm that understands that “home” is important is wonderful.
