Michelle began her career with Ernst & Young’s Austin office where she spent 15 years serving clients in the real estate, healthcare, technology, venture capital, manufacturing, and wholesale and retail industries before joining Maxwell Locke & Ritter in 2016. She has significant experience with federal and state tax compliance, accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, acquisitions, IRS examinations, and multi-state and international tax issues.

With four active teenagers, there is almost always a competition or activity, or multiple activities, at varying times every week. “No success at work is worth failure at home” means that I am able to be present at my children’s activities, regardless of the time of year or time of day.
