What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
ML&R is a place where it’s possible to not be solely defined by your job. No matter what the season is, my family and my well-being always come first. “No success at work is worth failure at home” means I am home for dinner at 5pm, it means not having to reschedule on friends or family even if it’s busy season, and it means taking my dogs on a walk. It means being able to enjoy the little things in life year-round.
