What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
I do not have to choose between having a successful career and being a present mom. I have the time and flexibility to work a schedule that allows me to raise my daughters and never miss an important moment in their young lives. From volunteering in my first grader’s classroom during the school day to family ski days during busy season, I have the freedom to show up for the people that matter most to me, no matter the time of day.
