It means getting to enjoy a challenging, rewarding career without sacrificing the things and moments that are important to me. I’m able to show up for my friends and family and take part in all of life’s important events, both big and small. I am able to enjoy time doing the things I love, like attending as many concerts as possible. I am proud that thanks to ML&R, my daughter will see that it’s possible to be a good mom and have a meaningful career – it doesn’t have to be one or the other.
