Professional Experience

Nicole began her career at Eide Bailly in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a tax intern in 2015. After graduation she began as a full-time audit associate for EB. In 2019, she moved into internal audit at a regional bank where she progressed from a senior internal auditor to the Director of Audit. She transitioned back into public accounting with Maxwell Locke & Ritter out of a need for both professional challenge and a remote position to move from Tulsa to San Antonio, Texas, where she is now serving clients in a senior audit position. She is enjoying growing her position and knowledge to best serve her clients and be a valuable team member to the ML&R audit department.

She initially came to ML&R due to the remote capability. It quickly became due to the environment, the positive and wholesome working relationships, and the well-rounded culture that makes our clients feel cared for. She can be found reading or playing video games in her spare time.
