Professional Experience
Lesley joined Maxwell Locke & Ritter in February 2009 and serves as an audit partner, providing attestation and consulting services to privately-held companies. She began her accounting career with Ernst & Young LLP’s Assurance and Advisory Business Services group in Austin, TX where she primarily served both publicly-traded and privately-held companies in the technology industry. She has significant experience with complex revenue and equity transactions and most recently led the firm’s client implementation efforts for ASC 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
