Professional Experience
Laura joined ML&R in 2023 to help expand the Talent Team’s impact on the firm through intentional Learning & Development programming. She was drawn to ML&R because of the clear investment in its people.
Laura received her M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2020, and now she is working to pull that expertise into her daily work.
Laura has always been a lover of anything creative; crafts, musical theatre, karaoke, you name it! She’s enjoying the opportunity to bring that into the learning programming at ML&R.
