Professional Experience
Jennifer has worked at Maxwell, Locke and Ritter since 2011. Prior to that she served with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a tax manager where she most recently specialized in state and local taxes. She has extensive expertise with corporate tax compliance and planning, including state tax restructuring projects, due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, FAS 109, audit defense and pursuing voluntary disclosure agreements with states.
