Vince leads the firm’s relationship development efforts at Maxwell Locke & Ritter, leading strategic growth initiatives to strengthen the firm’s market position while driving client engagement opportunities. He joined Maxwell Locke & Ritter in 2021 as a Partner , bringing his more than two decades of experience in strategic sales in the professional services industry. Vince has a strong background leading teams, developing sales processes, and partnering with executives and business owners to solve complex problems. Most recently, he was a principal and member of the executive leadership team at Bridgepoint Consulting. At Bridgepoint, he helped establish and lead the business development and marketing operations functions, drive the strategic planning, and institutionalize the firm’s sales process.
