Melanie began her business career in retail in 1996 working at Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Inc. She also managed retail stores at Tesoros Trading Company and Goodwill Industries of Central Texas. In her years as a store manager, she had an opportunity to hire, develop, and lead her team to be successful with inventory, operations, marketing, visual merchandising, cash handling and helping customers.
Prior to starting at Maxwell Locke & Ritter in September 2015, Melanie worked as Administrative Assistant at Verizon Wireless supporting executives from the Retail, Indirect Retail, Business and Government departments. Melanie has been providing a wide variety of administrative support to the team at Maxwell Locke & Ritter and assists with day to day needs.
