What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
As a Cleveland native, it gets cold in the winter and the flexibility that ML&R provides allowed me to spend two weeks in Florida during February and still get my job done. I’m able to work a schedule that works for me, which means I’m able to enjoy being outside when the weather is nice, take my dog hiking , play golf, or just enjoy spending time with a friend.
