Professional Experience

Jessica first joined Maxwell Locke & Ritter’s transaction advisory practice as an intern in January 2022 and transitioned to a full-time associate in September 2022. She provides transaction advisory services for private equity investors and strategic buyers.

Prior to her time at Maxwell Locke & Ritter, Jessica attended Texas State University where she earned her Master of Accountancy and her bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and marketing. Before joining ML&R, Jessica interned at KPMG in Houston, Texas. She is currently in the process of becoming a licensed CPA.

Jessica is excited to be the first full-time woman historically in the transaction advisory practice at Maxwell Locke & Ritter. She looks forward to continuing to expand her knowledge and learn from all the experience on her team.
