What You’ll Be Doing

As a financial transaction advisory manager, you will lead buy-side and sell-side engagements from start to finish, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to analyze target company financial data and your professional writing skills to document findings.  You will use your previous experience in transaction advisory to communicate with clients and target management, analyze financial data, and lead management discussions.  Coaching and mentoring junior associates is important in this role, as the growth of all team members is important to the growth of our practice.  This Austin-based role presents a unique opportunity for fast professional development, learning and growing in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.

How We Prevent Burnout

  • We have significantly lower hours than industry standard – 2300 total hours expectations: inclusive of PTO, holiday, CPE, admin time, etc.
  • We strive to ensure no one is working more than 55-60 hours per week during busy season
  • We value our people and do not micromanage based on hours

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years Quality of Earnings transaction advisory experience
  • Experience managing transaction advisory teams (data collection, virtual site visit preparation and execution, booking adjustments, and writing reports)
  • Experience writing QoE reports
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Aptitude for project management
  • Experience with middle market, technology, and/or software targets preferred
