Yes. We perform Quality of Earnings analysis due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as a core service. To date, the dedicated ML&R due diligence team has worked on over 150 transactions in 23 states and two countries.

In general, we work with companies with revenues in excess of $5 million. However, we also work with investor backed companies that are early stage or pre-revenue.
No. In order to maintain our independence for our audit services, we do not provide bookkeeping for businesses. If you need corporate bookkeeping services, we would be happy to refer you to one of our trusted partners. Our family office team does, however, offer bookkeeping as part of their suite of tailored services for high net worth individuals and family clients.
