Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our administrative support team at our Downtown Austin location. This individual will ensure that the office is organized and client ready at all times, greet and direct incoming guests in a professional manner, handle multi-line phone system, monitor incoming faxes, process mail and deliveries, coordinate meal orders for meetings and events, maintain multiple Outlook calendars, maintain client databases, maintain and stock employee break room, assist in maintaining the firm’s facilities, and provide general administrative support across the firm as needed.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be highly dependable, organized and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills, plus have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are very important.

Education and Experience Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
