Job Description:

As part of the Support Team, you will provide primary front desk support at our Austin location.  This position will ensure that the front office is organized and client ready at all times, greet and direct incoming guests in a professional manner, handle multi-line phone system, monitor incoming faxes, process mail and deliveries, coordinate meal orders for meetings and events, maintain Outlook calendar for certain firm-wide meetings, maintain databases, maintain and stock employee break room, assist in maintaining the firm’s facilities, and provide general administrative support across the firm as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
