Front Office Support Team Associate

Job Description:

This associate will serve as the Director of First Impressions at our Round Rock location and will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support services to clients, partners and associates of the firm. This is a full-time non-exempt position. Overtime will be infrequently required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties will be assigned as needed)

  • Opening and closing duties
  • Welcome, direct and engage visitors and associates of the firm
  • Answer telephone calls, direct the caller to the appropriate associate and provide callers with general information about the firm and associates
  • Coordinate meetings to include A/V set up and meal orders
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including certified mail and coordinate package pickup and delivery through courier service or FedEx
  • Maintain office supply inventory including break room and janitorial supplies in addition to normal office supplies
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, janitorial service and other vendor services
  • Approve vendor invoices and submit for payment
  • Maintain the break room
  • Assist in maintaining the firm’s various databases
  • Perform or assist with related administrative duties as needed
  • Participate in support team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Coordinate firm tickets to sporting events for employees and clients

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce and/or database experience is preferred

Education and Experience Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2+ years relevant work experience

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
