Since the inception of the firm’s transaction services team in 2010, Maxwell Locke & Ritter has worked with dozens of private equity sponsors and corporate acquirers on transactions ranging from $10 to $300 million. Our due diligence team works with private equity firms nationally and has a specialization in working on software target companies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of transaction services experience and/or 2+ years of audit experience
  • Experience writing Quality of Earnings reports
  • Experience running deals from start to finish
  • Experience with computing tools such as Alteryx
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including graphs and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Strong technical writing skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BBA, MPA or MBA a plus
