Maxwell Locke & Ritter, the largest locally owned accounting firm in Central Texas, is pleased to announce Vince Treviño has joined the firm as a partner. Vince will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives to strengthen the firm’s market position while driving client engagement opportunities.
With more than two decades of experience in strategic sales in the professional services industry, Treviño has a strong background leading teams, developing sales processes, and partnering with executives and business owners to solve complex problems.
Most recently, Treviño was a principal and member of the executive leadership team at Bridgepoint Consulting. At Bridgepoint, he helped establish and lead the business development and marketing operations functions, drive the strategic planning, and institutionalize the firm’s sales process.
“We are thrilled to welcome Vince to the partner group and believe he will add tremendous value to the team,” said Kyle Parks, Leading Partner at Maxwell Lock & Ritter. “With a demonstrated track record in business development and executing growth strategies, Vince brings creativity and energy to the firm’s relationship development efforts.”
Maxwell Locke & Ritter has experienced incredible growth in the Central Texas market since its inception in 1991. The full-service CPA firm, which initially offered traditional tax and audit services, expanded through the years to wealth management, due diligence, and IT security and compliance service lines, as well as advisory services within each practice. The firm has grown from 17 to 145 team members, including 23 partners, and is nationally recognized for its exceptional workplace culture.
“When considering the role and privilege to be a part of implementing the firm’s long-term vision, I simply had to take this opportunity,” said Treviño. “I’ve long admired Maxwell Locke & Ritter’s values, culture and professionalism and appreciate the quality relationships and service they’re known for in Central Texas.”
Maxwell Locke & Ritter and its team members have a longstanding commitment to actively participating in the Central Texas community. A passionate golfer, Treviño served on the Board of First Tee of Greater Austin for six years and supports other youth sports and education-focused charities, as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s annual “Over the Edge” event.
