An Intentional Remote Employee Experience

We’re not new to the world of remote work. We have intentionally developed a remote experience that closely mirrors the in-office experience, allowing our out-of-area team members to be integrated with our culture.

ML&R provides an option for remote team members to come to Austin several times a year to spend time with their teammates at firmwide events, departmental retreats, and other social gatherings. Regular check-ins with advisors, a dedicated chat channel, and a remote connection group that plans virtual events keep everyone engaged and on the same page.

In a different time zone? No worries. We don’t require you to work Austin hours.

Experienced Hires

We only hire accounting professionals with a minimum of three to five years of experience in public accounting. Because our unique culture and excellent client service standards are our first priority, we keep our employee turnover low by hiring people who want to continue to excel in public accounting. Low turnover not only benefits our people and our culture, it also allows our clients to work with the same team year after year. Our experienced-hire model means you can focus on the technical issues your clients face and your own career development and growth.
